Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the Lebanese Republic, General Joseph Aoun, the Intellectual Property Committee of the Beirut Bar Association organized the centennial celebration of the Intellectual Property Law in Lebanon. The event took place this morning at the House of the Lawyer, which I had the honor of attending as a representative of MP Fouad Makhzoumi. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Mr. Adel Nassar, along with a number of political, diplomatic, and judicial figures, and the esteemed President of the Beirut Bar Association, Mr. Fadi El-Masri, in addition to a large gathering of lawyers and media professionals.

At the invitation of the President of the Barbour Traders Association, Mr. Rachid Kbay, I attended the opening of the Barbour Commercial Market Festival in Beirut. The event was held under the patronage of the Governor of Beirut, Judge Marwan Abboud, and in the presence of Beirut MP Mr. Fouad Makhzoumi.

It was a special occasion to boost commercial activity in the area and support the local economy. The festival was attended by many social and business figures, as well as residents of the area who added a unique charm to the event.

This occasion was an excellent opportunity to connect with the honorable people of Beirut and to learn about key commercial activities contributing to the development of the area.

We wish this festival continued success and hope it keeps attracting attention and supporting Beirut’s business sector.

I participated in the honorary Ramadan Suhoor event, hosted by the Medical Services Authority for Ambulance and Relief, headed by Commander Khaled Hallak, at Al-Sayyad Restaurant. The event included a speech I delivered on the occasion, followed by my recognition with a certificate of appreciation from the Authority, along with several other notable figures.

In conclusion, I extended my sincere thanks to the organizers for this honor.

I visited, at the head of a delegation of Beirut residents, the Commander of the Beirut Police, Brigadier General Imad Al-Jammal, to offer congratulations on the occasion of his appointment as Commander of the Beirut Police.

During the occasion, I spoke, congratulating the appointment of the right man with the right qualifications for the right position, wishing him success in carrying out his new duties, and emphasizing the importance of preserving the positions traditionally held by the people of Beirut at all levels, and not relinquishing any Beirut-based position—whether judicial, administrative, or military.

With a kind invitation from my friend, Engineer Bassam Barghout, I attended a special breakfast at the “Al Mandaloun” restaurant in Ashrafieh. The atmosphere of the gathering was friendly, bringing together a select group of friends and residents of Beirut.

With a kind invitation from the Secretary of the Beirut Forum, lawyer Hassan Kashli, the forum held its annual Ramadan Iftar at the Kempinski Summerland Hotel. The event was attended by current and former ministers and MPs, the Governor of Beirut, the President of the Beirut Municipal Council, the Dean of the Bar Association in Beirut, Fadi Masri, members of the Bar Association Council, members of the Pension Fund Management Committee, the President and members of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed Khaled Social Institutions, as well as a large gathering of judges, lawyers, and Beirut community leaders.

As usual, lawyer Kashli welcomed the attendees, assuring them that the Beirut Forum will continue to be a gathering place for those working for the sake of Beirut, the mother of laws. Kashli wished everyone that the gracious God would return this blessed month to them with goodness, prosperity, and blessings, and that peace, security, and safety would prevail in Lebanon.

At the gracious invitation of Coach Loay Hariz, CEO of GSA Academy, Lawyer Hassan Kachli had the honor of attending the Academy’s annual dinner, held at the Social Center in Al-Qalaa, Al-Jabal.

The event brought together prominent figures from the region, players, and their families, celebrating the Academy’s achievements and fostering community spirit. During the evening, Lawyer Kachli addressed the attendees, highlighting the unwavering and active support of the people of Al-Jabal for Beirut and its residents, especially during times of crisis.

In his speech, Kachli commended the Academy’s efforts in nurturing talent and fostering unity, extending his best wishes to Coach Hariz for continued success. He expressed his hopes for GSA Academy to achieve even greater progress, excellence, and recognition in the future.

The dinner served as a testament to the Academy’s role not only in sports but also in strengthening social and cultural ties within the community.
